300 days Internship for Undergraduates
There are four steps in this process including cognition, familiarity, improvement and practice. Through job rotation, imitation, project practice, and seminars, the undergraduates can fast acquaint company operation and work alone after 300 days.

Entry-level Training
During entry-level training, the new comers can observe and imitate colleagues or superiors behavior. This also fits for job rotation, promotion and relegation.

MDP (Management Developing Plan)
Internal promotion is our first choice. Lushan MDP mean to help managerial team in middle to gain strategic thinking capability,  new market development capability, success opportunity grabbing capability and project operation capability.

EDP(Entrepreneur Development Program)
Lushan EDP is based on our strategic program. We try to realize EDP sending our top management team to EMBA study and finance and investment forum.

Job Rotation Plan
Job rotation is an important training method of Lushan. During rotation, the rotators can learn to think in different aspects and wholly. For undergraduates, job rotation will help them get familiar with operation process, fit company and convert from student to employees.  At same time, it also helps cultivate team spirit. 

Lushan Lecture Room
Every year Lushan invites experts in different fields to lecture its employees, share experience, and discussion. In this way, Lushan employees can widen their minds and gain knowledge. In Lushan, continuous study and passion for life and work is advocated. The former is needed for career development, and the later is for miracles.
